Refund policy

Due to all of our items being handmade and made to order we are unable to offer refunds. Although confident you are going to love your new bespoke garment, we can however offer an exchange in size or alteration of any item purchased from us that is un-worn within 10 days of receiving your order. We do not offer free returns so customers will be responsible for sending items back to us and suggest a service that is tracked and signed for to prevent loss or delay.
